How it works

Apply & get approved
Create your account. We review your profile, then you view the rates and accept our mutual understanding.
Submit a referral
Add your client and choose Track A (we handle it) or Track B (you close it).
We close the deal
Our RERA-registered team qualifies, advises and negotiates for your client.
Get paid
Your share is paid by bank transfer after we receive our commission — off-plan 30 days after the developer pays us, secondary within 30 days after transfer.
